Three things we hold true.
Build the actual thing
No spec-only roles. Engineers ship to production. Designers prototype in the codebase. The brand person edits the product copy.
Long arc, short loop
We’re trying to build email for the next twenty years and ship something better every two weeks. Both, in the same company, on purpose.
